3.12.23 - Can I use a Sprint Bike to rehab my knee following an injury?
In general, cycling is an ideal exercise for your knee joints - whether that be on a stationary bike, spin bike or an airbike. Cycling requires significant effort and is demanding on our large muscle groups. The cycling motion increases blood flow to the knee joint and ensures that the knee cartilage receives appropriate blood flow and nourishment. Because the Sprint Bike features two arm cranks, in addition to the pedals, you are able to increase your output and difficulty, without creating additional stress on the knee joint.
